About Audrey

  • Leader

  • Coach

People first. Performance follows.

I have worked for 16 years in some fascinating industries and countries. Kenya, South Africa, and Hong Kong have impacted my professional journey the most. I have had the opportunity to work in large corporate environments as well as growing social-impact organizations. From studying architecture to working in shipping and logistics and then shifting to support financial inclusion, agriculture, and female empowerment, I understand how diverse a team and its environment can be. I also know that career journeys need not be linear or make sense to be meaningful and align with your truth. I am a certified project manager and coach with a proven track record of building teams that are enjoyable places to be while meeting or surpassing their goals.

I am a talent management leader, advisor, and coach.

I have attracted, hired, onboarded, managed, developed, promoted, and retained hundreds of people. I use that expertise to partner with start-ups, growing teams, new leaders, and young adults shaping their careers or building talent strategies.

I value serving others, pursuing fairness and equity, being creative, and building meaningful relationships. I have embraced marriage and motherhood with the sense of humour and grateful heart that they deserve.

Let me partner with you.

Are you a first-time manager wondering how to take responsibility for the performance and well-being of others thoughtfully?

Are you getting your start-up off the ground and trying to figure out how to get people excited to join your team and then how to keep them satisfied?

Are you a leader who has earned new responsibilities and is wondering how to get through a longer to-do list while still caring for yourself?

Are you a young adult finishing your studies and wondering if you are making career decisions aligned with your truth?

Client Feedback

  • "An important lesson I learned was pivoting the outcome of your plan and finding alternate journeys to your goal. Audrey supported me through brainstorming ideas and provided alternate outlooks on life. I've started looking deeper into my own skillset since meeting her. I now realize that I have the ability to monetize what I'm good at in various ways. She absolutely excelled as a coach and I believe I got the answers to a lot of missing pieces in my life. I'm endlessly grateful for her time."

  • "I have learnt to embrace myself more fully and show up confidently. You have an amazing ability to support clarity of thinking and your gentle way of holding up a mirror has helped me navigate many moments where I felt stuck and unclear. I have become aware that things won't always be perfect but that the work is in consistently seeing the value in the imperfections and learning to find joy in the growth journey. I find your approach is caring and comforting, yet firm where it needs to be."

    Karimi, South Africa

  • "My journey with you was amazing. I learnt personal and team development, work planning, and policy formulation. I am able to connect with my team better and earn more of their trust. Your question "How does that make you feel?" brings a great shift to conversations. It makes one feel understood, a demonstration of empathy. You are a very good listener and ask just the right questions at the right time! This helps one do a lot of introspection and played a big role in finding my own solutions."

    Ray, Kenya

  • "I learnt to look out for the best-case scenario and dare to trust myself. She is very calm and measured with her words and always asks questions to seek to understand rather than make assumptions. She gives space for people to “do them” and reserves judgment. She creates a safe space to explore very introspective questions. I am more willing to trust my instincts and be okay with things taking their course."

    Ifeoma, Denmark

  • "Working with Audrey is like talking to a wise friend who wants the very best for you. She always gave me space to explore while also keeping me super focused on what I had come to do. Through her perceptive observations and challenging (in a good way!) questions, I was able to make way more movement forward than I could have on my own."

    Emily, India

  • I have a much better understanding of my own skills and abilities for my career in the short, medium, and long term. I learned that everyone is an expert in his or her world; not having enough knowledge of someone else's work does not mean you are inferior to him/her and this has built my confidence. I like how you reinforced the key messages and gave me time to repeat the takeaways from our sessions. I like the high level of trust that existed between us and you have good listening skills.
